“The guy advised he could fix my dryer. He didn’t show up on time, which he scheduled. Then, he was also late to the later time he promised as well. After working on the dryer, he took my card, tapped his machine, and handed it back saying I was good. He spent the next minutes begging for a five star review before leaving. The next 3 days were filled with non stop calls and messages about how his payment didn’t go through. He threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay 400 dollars again. So for a dryer fix, it was 800 dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“This gentleman came to my house to fix my washer. We had a long conversation over the phone to explain the situation and set clear expectations before he gets to my house. He said he will charge me $95 for service call charge plus diagnostic and another $30 for replacing the lid lock a total of $125. He showed up and played for a good 30 minutes and the issue didn’t get resolved, I paid him the $1250 but I kinda feel stupid because, nothing was diagnosed or fixed but I still paid him in full just because he showed up. I still give him 5 stars because I feel I could’ve done better than this.”

“A little background, he came out to repair my dryer. He told us that our dryer needed a new belt. He repaired the belt and explained the dryer will make a squeaking noise for "a couple of weeks", until the belt adjusted. Well after a few weeks the dyer is still making the noise. I contacted him about the noise and reminded him of what he said. He ignored my calls and texts for over a week until I had to pretend I was scared something had happened to him. He finally contacted me back and diagnosed over the phone that the problem is now a separate issue. He expressed there would be an additional charge to come out. I have no problem with paying additional only if there is an additional problem. Can you atleast come out and make sure that's what it is before you tell me over the phone? My dryer was not making this squealing noise before his repairs. He refused to speak with me over the phone. He was not professional about this issue and of course after my mistreatment, I was scared to allow him to come back to my home.”
